Please take some time to think of anyone you may know that may be in a position to help us by making a financial donation. It could be a business, group, or just someone interested in helping fund music education. Open the attached file and add your own personal note at the end of the letter. A peronal note can make all the difference. If you can, please include a stamped self addressed envelope for their convenience and ask that they mail the donation to the PO Box for the Boosters. If all 100 members mailed 30 letters and we averaged $10.00 per request, the sum total of the donations would exceed $30,000, over half our budget this year. Matching Gift Program An easy way to double your donation is to complete a matching donation form for your company to match! Many companies support their employees by providing this as a part of their benefits package. To see if your company provides matching gifts program, see the list below. If you company does offer matching gifts, when you make your donation to the band program, request a receipt and follow the steps through your company's benefits department.
